The Housing Authority owns nineteen multi-family housing sites in the Olympia, Lacey, and Tumwater area. These properties provide affordable housing that is non-subsidized. Special Needs Housing

The Housing Authority owns five properties that are set aside for households with one or more special needs.  These units are set-aside for various households including low-income veterans, families transitioning out of homelessness and those living with developmental disabilities. Individuals and families are referred from homeless housing providers.  Single men and women experiencing homelessness should contact SideWalk for housing assistance and referral and families should contact the Family Support Center.  Those experiencing domestic violence or sexual assault can contact SafePlace, and youth and young adults up to age 24 can contact Community Youth Services for housing assistance and referral.
