The Housing Rehabilitation Program offers low or no interest loans for
repair and rehabilitation of owner occupied and rental properties within
certain eligible areas in Thurston
County.
For owner-occupied homes, the program provides a deferred payment, zero
interest loan. "Deferred payment" means that no
repayments are required until you sell your home or the title is
transferred, provided that all loan terms are being met. See Loan
