In October 2018 the Housing Authority will begin using a new software system that will help us provide the best experience for our participant families and landlords.

Important things to know:

  1. October 1-5, 2018:  Staff will be off-site in training.  During this week staff will not be available by phone or for walk-in appointments.
  2. October 1-5, 2018:  The office will be open to accept paperwork ONLY.
  3. Participants with an overpayment arrangement:  Please continue to make your payments on time.  A receipt will be mailed to you.

  1. Update address, email, and phone numbers
  2. Update income, expenses, household member information, etc.
  3. Review housing assistance payments and tenant rent shares.
