At last!  A software application to automate report writing  for lead-based paint Risk Assessments, Paint Inspections, Hazard Screens and Clearance Reports.  Writing your reports is now as easy as entering the site information and your sample results.  The report narratives automatically respond to your sample results!  

Features:

  User-friendly Windows® interface allows you to quickly prepare reports for Risk Assessments, Paint Inspections, Hazard Screens, and Clearance. 

  Enter your site information, check boxes for building condition (Risk Assessments), and enter the results for paint, dust and soil sampling.  Click the report button and your done!  The report narrative will automatically respond to the sample results and build the report based on your results.

  Risk Assessment report includes sections on Hazard Control Measures for paint, dust and soil, and Ongoing Monitoring.  Suggested control measures respond to the types of hazards identified by the sample results.

  Customized 'Notes' section allows you to add comments that are specific to each site inspected.  

  Action levels for lead paint, dust and soil are user-editable.  This will allow you to easily respond to future regulatory changes by HUD or EPA. 

  Limitation language that appears in all reports is fully customizable by the user.  This allows you to modify the default limitation (or disclaimer) language, or use your own. 

  Quickly retrieve saved reports for review or modification.

  Reports are based upon established HUD and EPA protocols to meet federal requirements.  This product has not been reviewed for compliance with state or local lead-based paint programs that differ from federal standards.
