Other Housing Resources:

The following properties offer subsidized housing for low-income households in Thurston County, with limited listings in Mason and Lewis counties. These properties are privately owned and managed and have no relationship to the Housing Authority of Thurston County. These properties have separate waiting lists that are maintained at each site. You must apply to each property that you are interested in. Some properties require you to update your application regularly. Check with each property manager for requirements. The subsidized properties are divided into two groups: Family units, and Senior/Elderly and Disabled units.
